Just found this with regards to high speed rail.
In particular is the interior fit out of the proposed train. It has two levels, the main and a mezzanine essentially. This is what I envision some of the parliamentary carriages to look like.
Next job is to find a way of opening up the whole side of the carriage to enable the fixed architectural installation to attach itself onto the carriage itself to merge the two spaces, mobile and fixed, together.
