Just a bit of background information I noted during some contextual analysis. In particular, there was a focus on finding any proposed developments in the town that would impact or have any connection with the existing or proposed architectural entity. From the council website, there isn't any major changes that would impact on the railway, apart from the development of the land adjacent to the Railway. Within the masterplan that I developed, this area I had earmarked for a carpark. However I think that could easily be rearranged.
