Developed Floor Plans

So here is a more responsive floor plan/ spatial layout.
Key features that I happen to like is the fact that it is orientated towards the junction of the two main street of Albury, Dean St, and the Hume HWY (not to be confused with the Hume FWY which runs next to the railway on the other side).
And in pariticular is the ability to keep the bowls club and its lawns INTACT.

The floor plate itself is very linear and compact.  This helps with the orientation towards the north east (better sun orientation for harnessing solar gain in winter) and also providing cross ventilation because the floor plate is only about 1 room (MAX 2 Rooms) wide, lowering the need for active cooling or heating systems. Previous investigation into to wind directions means that the predominantly summer breezes come from the South, South-West, which means that the sun can come from the North, north east, and the wind can come from the south, south west. :D
