Above is a developmental floor plan. The angles are aimed to drag/ funnel people into the building, orientated towards the main street. There are two entrances. One towards the Main street, and the other, a secondary entrance is designed for people coming directly from the platform. These would include people coming to the building on business, including parliamentarians, lobbyists, people for performances or functions that happen in the building which may not necessarily be politics related.
The function room, the other side of the long lobby can be used in conjunction with the forum/ auditorium as a secondary meeting networking space, or used in isolation. This could provide a secondary program for the development to ensure viability within the town, that may not have an active and constant political scene.
